Nothing is more important to us than the well-being of our guests and associates. With your health and safety top of mind, we have added additional processes to improve our already high standards at Noir et Blanc Salon.

Our team is ensuring every reasonable step is being taken to address enhanced sanitization, social distancing, technology, and processes for low-to-no contact interactions, and the use of personal protective equipment. Our focus is to give you peace of mind and ensure an exceptional experience while also contributing to the reduction of community spread of COVID-19.

Although this pandemic will not be forever, our attention to safety, sanitation and a heightened awareness of all aspects of your salon visit will be.

Increased Sanitization: Public spaces will undergo frequent cleaning with extra focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces with EPA approved products and methods. Our hours of operation have been designed to allow for extensive sanitation and disinfection.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): You will find associates wearing personal protective equipment, including masks. Associates in positions that wear gloves will change them and sanitize their hands between interactions with guests. Additionally, all Noir et Blanc team members will have their temperature taken when they arrive to work each day.

Guests are also required to wear a face mask during their entire appointment. If you are scheduled for a color service, we suggest you use a disposable mask in order to protect your own mask from becoming discolored.

Social Distancing: Social distancing will be practiced in all areas of the salon. You are encouraged to stay approximately six feet from associates and other guests as much as possible before and after appointments. Markers have been placed on the floor at the front desk to maintain proper social distancing between guests. You may be asked to wait at the station as only one person will be checked out at a time.

Upon arrival each guest will undergo a screening prior to their service. Because of this, please know that our wait times may be longer than usual. We ask that you remain patient with us as we go through the process and prepare your station for your service.

Salon professionals will be taking temperatures (with a no-contact thermometer) before allowing guests to enter the salon. If your temperature is found to be 100.4 or higher, we will require you to reschedule your service for another day.

All guests will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver acknowledging our policies and procedures as well as risk to exposure.

Due to additional safety measures in place, please know that If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your service for another day or time.

We will be limiting the number of people inside the salon. Please do not bring guests with you on the day of your service. No outside food or drink will be permitted in the salon at this time. Be sure to have your beverage or snack prior to entering.
